Motor load is regulated by feeder speed. Motor load is set in the recipe and can be overwritten during production. In manual mode it is possible set the feeder speed manually.
Mash temperature is regulated by steam input. Mash temperature (measured at the outlet of the conditioner) is set in the recipe and can be overwritten during production. In manual mode it is possible set steam valve position manually.
Below is the control panel for the pellet machine.
System monitors level of material in the bunker/silo above feeder. If there is no material left in the bunker/silo above feeder then the feeder is slowed and system goes into wait mode. On arrival of new material pelleting resumes.
In steam system there is also an open-close valve on top of the regulation valve. System will use this valve to cut steam immediately.
